This machine mixes rubber formulations and shapes them into a slab of almost uniform thickness. Usually used to shape a recipe from the Banbury mixer into a flat slab.

- Method: Uses recipe pre-mixed by internal mixer, but is able to mix dry ingredients directly to rollers.
- Product: Manufactures 6" diameter by 12" wide rollers (minus 1" guide so 11" effective). Rollers can be water temperature regulated (but requires prior repair). Thickness: 1/8 to 1/2.
- Duration: a few minutes, depending on the work (uniforming the thickness or incorporating ingredients).
- Limitations: Liquid ingredients do not incorporate well.
With 6x12 inch temperature-regulated rollers and dry ingredient mixing capability, it produces thicknesses from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. Used after the Banbury mixer, it ensures precise and efficient results. Ideal for rubber industries, it improves the quality and consistency of finished products.
